Number of participants pr Room
The formula is as follows - # of meeting participants / # of breakout rooms = total participants per room. The # of meeting participants is determined by the license type and whether any Large Meeting add-ons are enabled.
For example - if the host has LM1000 and 100 breakout rooms enabled, they can create up to 100 rooms with 10 participants per room.
Pre-assignement
Pre-assignment is also tied to the participant capacity of the host license. Pre-defined participants can be up to 500 or 1000 depending on the Large Meeting add-on as long as the account is enabled for the 100 breakout room option (which all our accounts should be).
This flag requires all people joining meetings hosted by the organization to be on Zoom client 5.2.2 or newer. If they have an older version they will be prompted to update their Zoom app before being allowed into the meeting. It should still be possible to join with Chromebook (version 5.0.0) as long as End-to-End Encryption is disabled for the meeting.
